About Us

Chantelle is a Clinical Psychologist, holding a Bachelor of Medical Science (specialising in neuroscience), Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the University of New South Wales. She has worked in various settings, including the University of New South Wales Psychology Clinic; the Anxiety Treatment and Research Unit at Cumberland Hospital; Rivendell Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health Service and in private practice for the past 6 years.

Her interest in the treatment of anxiety and obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, was reflected in her research at both an undergraduate and postgraduate level and continues to be a passion to this day. Chantelle has been involved in pre-clinical research using an animal model of exposure therapy and conducted research on interpersonal functioning in Hoarding Disorder.

Chantelle is warm, friendly and creates a safe, non-judgmental space within which to share your concerns. She takes a collaborative approach to treatment and wishes to work with you to determine the best course of treatment based on your individual needs.

When she is not helping people face their fears and re-engage with what is important to them, she can often be found in the dance studio, working on her ballroom dancing! Even Chantelle faced her fears in doing her first dance exams as an adult!
