Sessions are 50-60 minutes in duration and cost $240, which is below the recommendations of the Australian Psychological Society.

Rebates
If you obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan (formerly known as a Mental Health Care Plan) from your GP or Psychiatrist, you are entitled to up to 10 sessions per calendar year with a Medicare rebate. The rebate is at least $137.05 for a 50-minute appointment or more if you have reached your safety net. Your doctor may initially refer you for a course of 6 sessions, with the potential for further sessions upon review.
It is not a requirement that you obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan in order to attend Support Space Psychology. You can attend privately and some Health Funds offer a rebate. Please check with your Health Fund Provider if you are eligible to receive rebates for psychology services. Please note that you cannot make a claim through Medicare and your Health Fund simultaneously.
